Genesis 17 includes an amazing conversation between God and Abraham. God says, “I will establish My covenant between Me and you and your descendants in their generations, for an everlasting covenant, to be God to you and your descendants after you. Also I give to you and your descendants the land in which you are a stranger, all the land of Canaan, as an everlasting possession, and I will be their God.”

Over and over throughout the rest of the Bible, God reiterates the same promise. But if you look at Israel today you might think God no longer cares about Israel.
